VCO Privacy Supplement

This VCO privacy supplement and our Privacy and Cookie Policies explain how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information. Any changes to this supplement will be posted here in VCO.

What information we collect

When you visit VCO, a persistent cookie may be set on your browser if you have not set your browser to reject cookies. This persistent cookie does not contain any personal data about you. It will be set when you have completed a questionnaire or survey. It will be used to ensure that you are not asked to complete the same questionnaire or survey more than once, or to ensure that you are not shown surveys if you have previously indicated that preference.

We collect your personal information when you:

• Buy a product or service from us via VCO
• Register for a service (such as registering your name and address details or setting up new connection, SIM connection, upgrade or edit a connection)
• Use our network and other Vodafone products or services
• Visit or browse VCO or the billing service/s

We may also collect information about you from other organisations, if this is appropriate. These include fraud-prevention agencies, business directories and credit reference agencies. We may also collect information about you from other companies, our business, or joint venture partners.

We will only use the information to the extent necessary to provide you with the VCO service.

How do you protect my data?

Vodafone takes technical and organisational security measures as required by law and by industry standards to protect your personal data from unauthorised access user or disclosure. We take steps to ensure that we only use your personal information as described in this privacy notice and to honour the choices that you have made. We only partner with service providers who contract to provide the same level of information security that you can expect from Vodafone.
